The Call details dashboard on the Analytics section displays the data of all the calls dialed in the campaign along with the various other metrics that include the Funnel chart for the call outcomes, the breakdown of the total calls, inbound calls breakdown, and Call level agent disposition.
Each dashlet on the Call Details dashboard represents a specific metric, which can be further drilled down to gain insights into calls matching specific criteria.
You can click on the chart to drill down the data based on specific rules for every dashlet. For this dashboard, the below data is displayed.
Funnel Chart - The funnel chart dashlet provides a visual representation of the campaign's conversion funnel. From the total calls dialed in the campaign to the total calls answered, to the total calls answered by humans, to the total contacts that answered a specific survey question. The filter will be selected by you as the admin of your account and based on your requirements.
Total Calls - This includes the total calls dialed in the selected campaign or account based on the filter you have selected. This includes both Outbound and Inbound calls.
Total Calls breakdown - This data distinguishes between the number of outbound calls and inbound calls in a campaign (filter selected).
Inbound Calls breakdown - This chart displays the data of the outcome of all the inbound calls in the campaign (filter selected).
Call Level Agent disposition - This section displays the Call disposition selected by agents for each call on the campaign.
