Wondering what lands on a constituent's record after your CallHub campaign runs? This article shows what each campaign type sends to Raiser's Edge NXT, the format it arrives in, and how opt-outs are handled. It is for campaign managers and CRM admins who have connected Raiser's Edge NXT.
CallHub records all sync-back activity as Actions in Raiser's Edge NXT. That gives you these benefits:
You keep one record of your outreach. Calls, messages, and survey responses show up on the constituent's record in Raiser's Edge NXT.
You know what to expect for each campaign type. The tables below show exactly which fields sync for Call Center, P2P messaging, and Text Broadcast campaigns.
You keep opt-outs aligned. When a contact becomes Do Not Call (DNC) or Do Not Text (DNT) in CallHub, Raiser's Edge NXT is updated to match.
Before you start
- Connect Raiser's Edge NXT to CallHub and import your constituent lists first.
- Contacts need their Constituent ID for campaign data to sync. If you imported a list manually, map the Constituent ID during the import.
- Nothing to set up. The sync runs automatically as your campaigns run.

How opt-outs sync back to Raiser's Edge NXT
⚠ CallHub writes opt-outs back to Raiser's Edge NXT automatically. Why: this keeps both systems aligned, so a constituent who should no longer be contacted by phone or text is marked that way in both places.
When an imported contact is later marked as DNC or DNT in CallHub, CallHub records the change as Consent in Raiser's Edge NXT. Consent manages how a constituent prefers to be contacted across channels.
| In CallHub | In Raiser's Edge NXT |
|---|---|
| Contact marked Do Not Call (DNC) | Phone consent is set to Opt-out. The constituent should no longer be contacted by phone calls. |
| Contact marked Do Not Text (DNT) | SMS consent is set to Opt-out. The constituent should no longer receive text messages. |
Notes & limits
ⓘ Text Broadcast campaigns sync message content, campaign name, message type, and date and time. They do not sync agent details, survey responses, dispositions, or notes.
ⓘ For P2P messaging, Disposition and Notes sync in a limited way. Call Center campaigns sync both in full.
✓ If a contact's campaign data does not appear in Raiser's Edge NXT, check that the contact has its Constituent ID. Without it, CallHub cannot match the contact to a record.
