When a campaign is set to recur, the system will send the texts/calls according to the recurrence schedule. Messages/Calls will be sent daily, weekly, monthly, or according to a custom schedule.
As a campaign manager, you can track your campaign's performance across all recurrence in one place.
If recurrence is enabled on a campaign, the Overview statistics display the current recurring cycle. This means the Stats only show the count of texts/calls sent in the current recurring cycle.
To view the reports for the texts sent in every cycle, you need to navigate to Campaigns > Choose the campaign > Responses > Choose the cycle from the "Recurring Cycle" dropdown.
Similarly for calling campaign, you need to navigate to Campaigns > Choose the campaign > Results > Choose the cycle from the "Recurring Cycle" dropdown.
To view the stats for the entire campaign across all Occurrences, you need to navigate to the Occurrences tab. Here, you can view the total contacts reached from the campaign, the total contacts that replied, and the number of contacts that opted out of the campaign.
Apart from this, you can also see the Outreach stats for each occurrence in the campaign. The screenshot below displays 3 completed occurrences, 1 in progress, and 1 scheduled for a future date.
