The Salesforce integration with CallHub lets you control how contact data flows between the two platforms—and gives you the power to respect people’s communication preferences.
Import & Sync with DNC/Do Not Text
When you bring contacts from Salesforce into CallHub or send updates back, the system automatically checks for “Do Not Call” and “Do Not Text” flags. Anyone marked with these preferences in Salesforce will be left out of your CallHub outreach lists and campaign targeting. This helps prevent unwanted calls or texts.
If someone opts out in CallHub, their status will now only update the matching field in Salesforce (for example, “Do Not Text” will update just that field). This keeps opt-outs accurate and consistent on both sides.
To set up these preferences, go to Integrations > Salesforce > Import > Settings in CallHub, and scroll down to the opt-out section.
From the dropdown, choose the fields you want to use for imports and sync. This ensures only the right contacts are included in your campaigns.
Two-Way Updates
If someone’s opt-out status changes later in Salesforce (for example, they ask not to be contacted), CallHub will automatically apply this update. That way, your future campaigns always respect people’s current choices.
Setting up “Do Not Call” and “Do Not Text” preferences keeps your outreach respectful, reduces unwanted messages, and helps you stay compliant with communication rules.
Note: The Auto-Sync function runs once every 2 hours (120 minutes).
