Auto-Sync Data from Salesforce to CallHub

Keeping your Salesforce contacts updated inside CallHub is now easier than ever! 🎉 We’ve introduced Automated Salesforce Sync — a feature that keeps your imported contact lists fresh without requiring you to press the “Import” button every time you make changes in Salesforce.

With this, you can say goodbye to:

• Data staleness — outdated names, phone numbers, or details during live campaigns.
• Campaign disruptions — caused by re-importing and breaking ongoing outreach.
• Manual effort — no need to remember to sync after every Salesforce update.

Why Auto-Sync for Salesforce?

Previously, syncing Salesforce data into CallHub was a manual process. Here’s what would often happen:

1. Import contacts from Salesforce into CallHub.
2. Later, you’d update or remove leads in Salesforce.
3. Unless you manually pressed “Import” again, your CallHub list wouldn’t match Salesforce.
4. This means:
   • Some calls/texts going to old contacts 📞
   • New leads missing from campaigns 🚫
   • Agents working with incomplete or wrong info ❌
   • Time wasted on re-importing and fixing lists 🕐

How does the Auto-Sync function help?

With Automated Salesforce Sync, CallHub will keep your already-imported lists updated in the background without any significant effort. Here’s how it works:

• The system detects when contact fields in Salesforce are updated.
• It refreshes the same list in CallHub without deleting or disrupting campaigns.
• You can choose to opt in with a simple checkbox before importing. ✔️
• You’ll see clear status indicators so you always know when the list was last updated.

Note: The system displays the status indicators with a "Last Synced on - date & time" to ensure the information is updated per your needs.
