Importing your contact list from Raiser's Edge NXT into CallHub is a vital step for organizations looking to streamline their outreach and campaign management efforts š. This guide will walk you through the process, ensuring your data is seamlessly transferred so you can make the most of CallHubās powerful calling and texting features šš¬.
Whether youāre moving a large list of constituents or updating existing records, the integration between Raiser's Edge NXT and CallHub significantly streamlines the contact import process, saving time and reducing errors associated with manual data handling. Hereās how the integration makes the process easier and more efficient š.
How to Import Contacts from Raiser's Edge NXT to CallHub
To import contacts from Raiser's Edge NXT to CallHub, you need to navigate to the Integrations > Raiser's Edge NXT > Import.Ā
To select your constituent list, click on the text box, then choose the list you wish to import from the dropdown into CallHub.
If you have added more lists to your Raiser's Edge NXT instance after connecting it to CallHub, you may click on "Refresh" to fetch the latest constituent lists to CallHub š.
Manual Import of contacts from Raiser's Edge NXT
In cases where you encounter rate limiting due to a high rate of importing contacts, there is a chance that the import may fail. The safest step is to import the contacts to CallHub manually.Ā
You need to export the list from Raiser's Edge NXT manually, ensuring the CSV file has the column with the header "Constituent ID."
Next, import the list to CallHub as a standard CSV import by navigating to Contacts > Import Contacts > Choose the CSV file > Continue to mapping and map the fields appropriately. Here, ensure that you have mapped the Constituent ID field to the corresponding field in CallHub.
Without this mapping, data from CallHub campaigns will not be synced to Raiser's Edge NXT because of missing contact information.Ā
All the lists imported from Raiser's Edge NXT will be added as a new contact list to CallHub. After this, you can utilize the lists in your campaigns to make outreach smarter and faster. ššÆ
Import Preferences for DNT and DNC contacts
The status of a contact is synced as "Consent" on Raiser's Edge.Ā
If consent for both Phone and SMS channel is 'Opt-out', the constituent won't be imported to CallHub.
If either of the Phone or SMS consent is Opt-in, the constituent will be imported and the relevant DNC/DNT will be set in CallHub to respect the constituent's consent preferences.
