Get dialing on the go! If your agents are new to CallHub's mobile app, this article guides them on how to conduct a Power dialer campaign.
Power Dialer allows you to control the call rate as an agent/volunteer. You need to fill out the survey and answer all questions correctly before moving to the next call, as it's a manual dialer. This dialer is a good option for the sales team, advocacy, and political groups that need fundraising and campaigns where the cost of not talking to contact is very high.
You need to choose the campaign in the mobile app for which you will be making calls. Then, click on "Start Calling" to make calls. Here, it would help if you allowed the system to access the Microphone of your device to make calls.
The system will then put you through to the contact. You may check the status of the call below the contact's name.
While on call, you may gather all the details about your survey from the contact and enter them in the respective fields. You need to scroll to the bottom of the script section to enter the Call Disposition and Notes.
Note: * indicates that the fields are mandatory. You need to fill in the details before saving the call.
Once you have Saved the details, you may click on Save and tap on the "End Call" button. Since the Power Dialer manually dials the calls, the system allows you to either click on "Save and Next" or Leave the Campaign.
Save and Next - On tapping this option, the current call details are saved, and you will be connected to the following contact.
Leave - On choosing this option, you may save the details of the call and leave the Campaign. You may join the same Campaign again later.
