If you have rented numbers (for texting or calling), you can assign a Transfer Number so that any incoming calls to those numbers are forwarded automatically. This ensures that callbacks or inbound calls from contacts reach the right recipient.
Note: Only the Validated number of your account can be added as a Transfer number.
What Is a Transfer Number?
A Transfer Number is a phone number (Validated number for your account) you specify so that incoming calls to your rented numbers (voice or text) are automatically forwarded to.
This feature works for:
Rented numbers used in Voice Broadcast or Call Center campaigns
Rented numbers used for Texting campaigns (since contacts may call back on a texting number)
By setting a Transfer Number, you ensure no calls are missed, even if the rented number is primarily being used for texting.

Note: To use a validated number as a Transfer number, it should be verified for both VB and CC campaigns.
