If you want to run multiple campaigns with the same script and settings, duplicating a campaign is the fastest way to do it. This feature saves time and ensures consistency across your campaigns.
CallHub allows you to duplicate campaigns across three modules:
- Voice Broadcasting Campaign
- Peer to Peer Texting
- Call Center Campaign.
- Text Broadcasting campaign
There are two ways to duplicate a campaign:
1. From the Campaign Page
- Go to Campaigns.
- Select the campaign you want to reuse and click Duplicate.
- For Peer-to-Peer Texting campaigns, enter the new campaign name, select the contact list, and along with it, you’ll be prompted to:
- Rent a new number,
- Choose an Adaptive Texting Block,
- Use an existing rented number, or
- Use 10DLC number (Only for US accounts)

For Call Center, Text Broadcast, and Voice Broadcast campaigns, enter the new campaign name, select the contact list and Caller ID.
2. From the Dashboard
- Navigate to Campaigns on the CallHub dashboard.
- Click the Duplicate button next to the campaign.
- A pop-up will appear to enter the campaign name and contact list.
- Click Save to create the duplicate.
Duplicating a campaign gives you the ability to only add a name and a contact list to your new campaign; any other changes you wish to make can be made from the "Edit" button.
Duplicating campaigns in CallHub is a simple way to save effort while running multiple campaigns. Just update the name and contact list, and your new campaign is ready to go.
