Can I use my phone number as Caller ID for text messages?

Within the US, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, you cannot use your phone number as a Caller ID to send messages in SMS campaigns.

You'll have to rent a number from us. While the regulations differ for each country, carriers have now made it mandatory to use a rented number to send texts from your campaign. 

With the rented number, the software can do additional things like -

• Measure campaign effectiveness by automatic classification of messages
• Send automatic responses based on keywords in the replies
• Handle opt-out responses by removing the contact from future SMS campaigns
