Do you need to add a new number to your Do Not Contact list? Or retain one from the DNC list in your contact list? Here's how to do it.
The option to add or remove numbers from a DNC list is available in the "Do not Call" tab on the CallHub dashboard. You need to log in to your account using the CallHub username and password and navigate to "Do Not Call."
Upload the list of numbers in DNC.
- Click the DNC button on the left panel.
- Click the "Import DNC" button to upload the list of numbers.
- Here, you need to select the file (CSV format) and the country of the numbers you wish to upload.
- This list should also include the preferences for DNC, which means if the numbers are to be opted out for both, or just call or text.
- A sample CSV file is attached to this article.
Next, you need to choose the CSV file with the numbers and the DNC preferences. If the Opted-out field for texting is Yes or blank, the system will add the number to the Opt-out list. If you do not wish to Opt them out of either calls or texts, you need to choose No in the CSV file for the corresponding number.
Upload a Single number to the DNC list.
- Click the "Add" button to add a number individually.
- Choose the list to which you wish to add the number and enter the number.
The system allows you to use DNC in two ways. Although the first step is hardcoded in the system and needs to be followed, the second step is a choice for the campaign managers and can be set up based on their requirements.
Delete numbers from the DNC list
To delete a number from the DNC list, you may navigate to "Do Not Call" on your CallHub dashboard, search for the number using the Search function, and select the number followed by "Actions" and "Delete Selected."
If you wish to delete contacts in Bulk for an account, you need to get in touch with the Support team, and we can facilitate the request for you. We encourage you to submit a request from the Support Center at support.callhub.io.
