CallHub's Inbound Calling allows contacts to reach out if they missed your call. Here's how to measure that success metric in your account.
In the CallHub dashboard, the details for the Inbound calls received in a Campaign can be found in the Overview Statistics section of the Call Center campaign.
Currently, we only display the number of calls that were connected to the agent, and that was added to the callback queue as no agents were available.
To check the results for Incoming calls, you may navigate to the "Results" section from the Campaign Overview tab. Here, you may choose the direction filter as "Incoming" and the call status between All, Connected, and Abandoned.
Post this, you may choose "Filter Results" followed by Export Results to generate a report for the campaign.
