How to set up a Text to Donate Campaign on CallHub?

In this article, we will understand how to set up a Text to donate campaign using a rented number and a keyword. To start with, you need to navigate to Campaigns > New campaign > Text to Donate Campaign from the drop-down. 

Next, you must set a name for the campaign and the goal amount. The goal amount is the amount you wish to raise/expect from the specific campaign. 

Also, you'll need to choose a number, a keyword you'd like to use in the campaign, and the contact list. The contact list for this campaign is nothing but the donor list.

Note: All the donors will be added to the contact list, and every contact will display the amount they have donated and the specific campaign from which they were donated. 

In the second step, you need to set up the script for the campaign. The script should include a correct link to the donation form. The system allows for any donation form link to be included in the script. However, the campaigns are of great value if you use the Raiser's Edge donation form link. In the case of a Raiser's Edge Donation link, the system validates whether the form link used in the message body is a Raiser's Edge form link or not. Based on this validation, an informational message is displayed indicating whether the Donation Form Link is supported or not.

1. Check if you are using a form link from Raiser's Edge NXT.
2. Verify that your integration is connected to Raiser's Edge.
3. Confirm if the Raiser's Edge donation form link you are using is from the same account that you have connected within CallHub.

Once you have set up the script and added a thank you message, you must click the "Finish" button to complete the campaign setup.

You will be redirected to the Campaign overview once the campaign is successfully set up. 

Total amount raised: This section displays the total amount raised from the specific campaign.
Goal reached: The success rate of the campaign or the percentage of the set goal amount reached.
Average donation amount: The average donation amount is the average of total donations made by donors for a specific campaign.
Total donors: The number of donors that have donated through a specific campaign. 
New donors: The number of new donors in the campaign.
