While submitting the 10DLC details for your Brand and use case, you must ensure the details you provide are the same as displayed on the records. If the information on the database or registry does not match your submitted information, your use case is likely to be rejected.
Below are the possible reasons for use case rejections by the Campaign Registry:
Use case name - The name of the use case should be relevant to the Brand vertical or the website. If both do not match, the use case will likely be rejected.
Website content - The content on the website/services provided should be relevant to the Brand vertical and the use case selected during the 10DLC submission.
Sample Messages - The sample messages should be self-explanatory and include adequate information about the services you provide/offer. Please include the actual messages that will be used in your texting campaigns.
Content Attributes - If you have selected a specific attribute, you must ensure the attribute is utilized in the campaign. For example - if you have selected Embedded links as "Yes," your sample messages should include Embedded links.
Call to Action/Message Flow - You need to describe how the contact Opt-ins to the campaign or your service. This section should have a detailed description of how the contacts Opt-in to your services.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use - Your website should have an appropriate privacy policy and terms of use for your users. The links to both these sections should be submitted along with the 10DLC use case.
Website Form for Opt-ins - If you are collecting the contact information for your campaigns from your website’s contact form, your website's contact or Opt-in form should include the Opt-in/Opt-out language and the Privacy Policy.
Note: All the above details are mandatory for every use case submission. Failure to submit any of them will result in the rejection of your use case. 10DLC use cases take 3-4 days for approval, and the subsequent resubmissions will take 3-4 days.
