If a manager has shared your agent account with more than one organization under their main CallHub account, you can switch between those organizations from your dashboard or the mobile app without logging out.
Switching Organizations on the Browser
Selecting an Organization at Login
When you log into CallHub on the web:
- If you have access to one organization, you'll go straight to your agent dashboard.
- If you have access to multiple organizations, you'll land on a "Select Organization" screen. Choose the Organization you want to work under, then click Switch to go to your dashboard.
Switching Organizations from the Dashboard
Once you're on your dashboard, you can switch to a different organization at any time:
- Look at the top navigation bar — you'll see the name of your current organization displayed there, along with a "Switch organization" button.
- Click "Switch organization".
A dialog will open displaying: Your current organization, and a list of other organizations you have access to
- Select the organization you want to switch to.
Your dashboard will refresh, and you'll now be working under the selected organization. The campaign list will update to show only that organization's campaigns.
If You Have Multiple Accounts (Same Email)
In some cases, the same email address may be associated with multiple separate CallHub accounts (not just multiple organizations). If this applies to you and you are using the Login without password option to access your account, you will first see all the accounts listed, with their usernames linked to your email address.
Click the account you want to work under — you'll then proceed to the organization selection step if that account has multiple sub-accounts.

After logging into the CallHub mobile app, the behavior depends on how many organizations you have access to:
- One organization → You go straight to the Mobile Dashboard.
- Multiple organizations → You'll see a "Select Organization" screen.
The Select Organization screen has a search bar at the top and a list of all sub-accounts you've been given access to. Tap the one you want to work under, and you'll be taken to your Mobile Dashboard.
This flow applies regardless of how you logged in — standard email/password login, magic link, or after resetting your password.
Switching Organizations from the Mobile App
Once you're on the CallHub Mobile App, you can switch organizations at any time:
- Look for your current organization name displayed on the app.
- Tap the "Switch" button next to it.
The Switch button only appears if you have access to more than one organization. If you're in a single organization, you won't see it.
- A search bar and a list of your organizations will appear, with your current one highlighted.
- Tap the organization you want to switch to.
The app will switch you over, and the campaign list will refresh automatically to show that organization's campaigns.
Your sub-account selection is remembered even if you close and reopen the app. It only resets when you switch again or log out.
