Agent Sharing enables managers to share agents across the sub-accounts linked to their main CallHub account. A shared agent can work under multiple sub-accounts using a single login - no duplicate accounts, no extra credentials.
This is especially useful for agencies, political organizations, or call centers that manage campaigns across multiple clients or teams. Each client typically has their own sub-account under a single main CallHub account, and with Agent Sharing, the same pool of agents can be deployed flexibly across all of them.
Why Was This Introduced?
Before Agent Sharing, an agent could only belong to one sub-account at a time. If a manager needed that agent to work under a different sub-account, they had to create a separate login for them in each sub-account. This led to:
- Multiple accounts to manage per agent
- Confusion among agents about which account they were supposed to be using
With Agent Sharing, a manager can share any activated agent with one or more sub-accounts in a few clicks. The agent can see all the organizations they've been given access to and switch between them from the dashboard or the mobile app — no logging out required.
How It Works:
There are two sides to Agent Sharing: the Manager side (who shares an agent) and the Agent side (who gets shared and switches between organizations).
For Managers: Sharing an Agent
Managers can share any of their activated agents with one or more other organizations( subaccounts ) directly from the Agents page.
How to share an agent:
- Go to Agents in the left sidebar.
- Select the agent you want to share in the Activated Agents tab.
- Click on Share Agents.
- A dialog box will appear: "Choose accounts to share with agent."
- In the Select account dropdown, choose one or more organizations to share this agent with. You can add multiple organizations.
- Click Share.
The agent will now appear in the selected organizations and can log in and work there.
