DNC reason – NOT AUTHORIZED MOBILE
One of our subaccounts just created a phonebook & a call centre campaign, and when they started it immediately around half the list was automatically DNC’d with the reason "NOT AUTHORIZED MOBILE”. I was wondering if you’re able to advise on what this means, and how to resolve it.

Marcus did you ever find out what caused this? im pulling my hair out cause I just started a campaign then it DNC'd 3/4 of my list right away. If not no worries I'll make my own thread

Robb, It appears that your contact list contains mobile phone numbers, and the "Don't call cell phone numbers" setting was enabled when creating the campaign. This may be why the calls are not going through to those numbers. If you still face any issues, please contact support at support@callhub.io
