Not able to connect with VAN
I am having issues with the VAN connection, it seems to me that VAN is connected, but I am not able to import lists with names and phone numbers over to CallHub, all I get is an empty list.

Hi Bob,
Can you please verify the following:- The folder where you have saved your lists should be accessible to the API user account.
- The folder should only contain saved lists and not saved searches, as saved searches cannot be retrieved.
