Not getting Van_ID in the exported results
I did go into the campaign and downloaded the results of the call. However, there is data included in the phonebook which included the VAN_ID that were not included when I pulled the results. The VAN ID, is our unique identifier so that I can then upload the results from the phonebanking back into our database.
can you please have it in the results of the call with the VAN ID for each record?
