To register your CallHub account with the STIR/SHAKEN compliance, you must submit the details to the carrier. The carrier will verify the details and mark them as Approved or Rejected based on specific scenarios.
Here's how to register for STIR/SHAKEN from your CallHub account.
There are several reasons why a carrier rejects the submission for your STIR/SHAKEN registration. While in most cases, it is due to the carrier not being able to verify the "Authorized Representative" or the "EIN" of the organization. It can also be possible the carrier rejects the registration due to the incorrect name of the organization or the business type.
You may email the Support team to re-submit the updated details to the carriers, and the Support team will submit them on your behalf.
Note: You will not be able to re-submit the details from the CallHub dashboard.
