CallHub strives on simplifying the campaign creation structure for Call Center campaigns for all the users. With the recent update, we have changed the way how dispositions are managed in a campaign. Earlier, this feature was available as a slider(switch). Now, it is available as a stand-alone option under the Script section with the label "Call Disposition"
With the changes in call dispositions, we have also changed the way how call retries can be set up. The retry settings are now available within the disposition section below the list of call dispositions. Click here for complete details.
