We are excited to inform you that we have updated the existing Salesforce integration. With this release -
- CallHub users can perform two-way sync between CallHub and Salesforce for Call Center and Peer to Peer text campaigns. Earlier, we had the integration only for Voice and SMS Broadcast campaigns.
- The integration will allow users to import leads, contacts, and tags from Salesforce. And let users sync tags, notes of the conversation, dispositions, recording URLs and messages (sent and received) as Activity History back to Salesforce.
- With Text and Voice broadcast campaigns, you can sync tags and content of conversation back to Salesforce.
- You can bring any custom Salesforce fields as a survey question in CallHub and populate data back to the Salesforce field.
