Campaign managers should be able to connect to VAN from CallHub using their Application Name and API Key. Application Name is the new required field to work with NGPVan API calls, so both fields are mandatory to have a successful integration setup.
There are certain scenarios that you may encounter while working on this integration setup.
- You don't have the Application Name or NGPVan APIs key handy. You need to raise a support request with NGPVan developer support at APIDevelopers@ngpvan.com
- VAN API doesn't have permission to allow data sync with CallHub. You need to raise a support request with NGPVan developer support at APIDevelopers@ngpvan.com to enable CallHub permissions on their API Keys.
- In case, you are an existing VAN user who would like to leverage the integration, you should have the ability to update the connection details with the NGPVan Application Name (we hope you would have API Key handy).
The new NGPVan integration works with both VAN products (NGPVan and EveryAction).
