In this article, we will show you how to use the phonebook analysis feature to analyze the phone numbers and mobile numbers of your account.
Note: Phonebook analysis is only available for US numbers.
Step 1: Log in to your CallHub account and click on Phonebooks on the menu in the left panel. The system will take you to the Phonebooks section in your account.
Step 2: Select a phonebook that you'd like to analyze and click on the dropdown icon next to Action. Select 'Analyze Phonebooks'
Step 3: Once you click on Analyze Phonebooks, a window will popup with the analysis cost and the type of analysis you wish to make.
Step 4: You can choose to analyze only the contact numbers or only the mobile numbers, or both the contact and mobile numbers in your phonebook.
Step 5: Make sure you enter the correct email address to where the system can send the analysis results.
Step 6: Once you click on Analyze, CallHub will analyze your contacts and send you an email report. The email report will tell you the number of contacts and phone numbers analyzed and give you a list of invalid mobile and contact numbers
Step 7: The report is also available on the CallHub dashboard. From the Phonebook page, you need to click on the phonebook you analyzed and click on the Analysis option to view the results.
Step 8: You can now take action on the reports. You can either remove all invalid mobile or invalid phone numbers from the phonebook. Also, you can also create a phonebook with Mobile numbers or phone numbers based on your requirement for the campaigns.
Note: The charges for the phonebook analysis depend on the option you have chosen for analysis.
