Analyze contacts during campaign creation
Login to CallHub and click on new Campaign. Smart scheduler works for Voice Broadcast and Call Center campaigns
While creating the campaign, on the "Schedule" tab, you can choose to select your own time slots for running the campaign OR can analyze your phonebooks for getting smart time slots.
Refer below screenshot, where you can click on 'Best Times to Call' and then 'Analyze Phonebooks for Smart data' to analyze your phonebooks
Once you submit the phonebooks for analysis, CallHub will analyze your contacts through a machine learning model and return you the smart slots for the campaign. Below screenshots detail you the process involved:
As you get to see the smart time slots, you can apply them to your campaigns. This way you can have multiple time slots for your campaign.
Clicking on Rest Schedule will take you back to the default screen where you can choose to schedule the campaign based on your choice.
Analyze phonebooks
Phonebooks can be analyzed in isolation without having to create the campaign.
