Connect to Blue State Digital
- Login to CallHub from Login. Once logged in, click on Integrations, you'll find it in the menu on the top of your page. You should be able to view the Blue State Digital integration. You could also browse to Integrations page directly.
- Click on "Connect to Blue State Digital" and enter your BSD Domain Name, API ID and API Secret. *You will get these details in the "Administrative Tools" of your BSD Account.
*Note: If you haven't created an API User, Click on "New API User" to create a new user. Also make sure all permissions are checked for this newly created user.

Example of connecting to Blue State Digital is shown in the below screenshot. Replace with your values.

Once you are connected to BSD account from CallHub, you can import Constituent Groups, Constituents and Custom Fields from BSD to CallHub. But before doing that, you need to define how the import settings.

Import settings gives you the opportunity to define, which phone number can be utilized for which campaign in CallHub. For instance, home number for all constituents will be used for Call Center and Voice Broadcast Campaigns and Mobile numbers will be used for SMS Campaigns. Click on "Import Settings" once connected to BSD.

After defining the import settings, it's time to import the constituent groups and custom fields from BSD to CallHub. Click on "View and Import Constituents..." to get this task done.

Below screenshot will run a background task and get all the constituent groups from your BSD account.
Once the import is successful, you can take a look at all your constituent groups and also get the data on number of constituents in each group.

Now that you are connected to BSD account and have imported constituent groups, its time import constituents. You can now search for your constituent group(s) and click on "Import Selected".

This will import constituent data from BSD to CallHub. All the constituent Groups will be created as CallHub phonebooks with all the constituents as Contacts in the respective phonebooks.
Update Custom Fields for Constituents - Voice broadcast campaigns

When you create an Voice Broadcast Campaign, you can select a Custom Constituent Field and set an appropriate Value for it.

Constituents that are contacted via this Voice Broadcast campaign will be marked with the chosen Value for Custom Constituent field.
Update Custom Fields for Constituents - SMS Broadcast campaigns

When you create an SMS Campaign, you can select a Custom Constituent Field and set an appropriate Value for it.

Constituents that are contacted via this SMS Broadcast campaign will be marked with the chosen Value for Custom Constituent field.
Update Custom Fields for Constituents - Call Center campaigns

When you create an Call Center Campaign, you can select a Custom Constituent Field and set an appropriate Value for it.

Constituents that are contacted via this Call Center Broadcast campaign will be marked with the chosen Value for Custom Constituent field.
