In a Peer to Peer texting campaign, you would need to re-assign contacts between agents/volunteers due to the unavailability of the other agents or any other situations. In such cases, CallHub allows you to re-assign the contacts from one agent to another. The main idea here is to ensure there are no interruptions in your campaign.
Re-assigning contacts in P2P:
In your P2P campaign, you can re-assign agents from the Agents section of your campaign. You need to select the checkbox for the agent from whom you want to assign the contacts to the new agent. Post this, click on "Actions".
Under Actions, you need to select the option "Re-assign contacts from selected agent's". Here, you need to enter the username of the new agent and the number of contacts you wish to re-assign.
As you see in the above image, it shows "1 contacts available" to be assigned to the new agent. You need to enter 1 in the text box and click on "Re-assign contacts" to confirm. Similarly, you may enter the number of contacts in your campaign based on your requirements. This way, the contacts will be assigned to the new agent.
Note: Re-assigning contacts will be possible only after Starting the campaign.
