By integrating CallHub with Salesforce CRM, you can send voice or text messages to the contact or leads in your CRM from CallHub. Replies to these messages are automatically tracked in Salesforce for you.
Create Campaigns in Salesforce
Go to the "Campaigns" Tab in your Salesforce account and create a new campaign
Add Contacts and Leads to the Salesforce Campaign
Select the Salesforce Campaigns to import in CallHub
You will see all your Salesforce campaigns listed. Choose the campaign you just created in Step 1. This will import all the contacts and leads you added to the campaign into CallHub.
The campaign is imported as a phone book in CallHub. This phonebook can now be used in a Voice broadcasting campaign, SMS broadcasting campaign or a Call Center Campaign. The results of the campaign will be updated in Salesforce.
Results come back to Salesforce
When people respond to your campaign, the information is updated in Salesforce automatically. In a voice broadcast campaign, every press 1 is considered a response. For an SMS broadcasting campaign, every reply to your text message is a response. See below for how the Salesforce activity history changes as your CallHub campaign progresses.
