Recorded Calls in CallHub are usually used to monitor and listen to past recordings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
In Call Center Campaign, users have an option to enable the Call Recordings by clicking check “Record All Calls” under “Agent” tab of the campaign. Once enabled, all answered calls will be recorded. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
All recorded calls will be shown as a link in the campaign.Users can copy the link and open it to a browser or just simply click on the Audio to listen. Below are the steps on how to listen to the recordings in Call Center Campaign:
Step 1: Go to the “Results” tab of the campaign.
Recordings are available under the “Results” tab of the Call Center Campaign.
Step 2: Click on “Notes”.
Step 3: Click on “Audio Recording” to listen or copy the link and open it to browser.
Step 4: Download the call recording by copying the link and open it to a browser. Once the link is open in a browser, the audio file will automatically be downloaded.
Another option is to export the Call Results in the “Results” tab of the campaign to get the links of all calls. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
Once exported, users will see the links of recorded calls in the “Recording Column” of the exported file. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
In Voice Broadcasting Campaign, Recording Calls refers to the message recorded by the recipient for the Press 1 transfer option. Users can enable the Recording Message by clicking “Add Transfer” under “Sounds” tab and then clicking select “Record Message” under “Transfer” option. (Please refer to the screenshot below).
To enable transfer options, click on “Add Transfer” button under “Sounds” tab of the campaign.
Once Transfer option is enabled, click select “Record Message” to allow Recording Messages for the campaign.
All Recorded Messages will be shown under “Audio” column in “Transfer” tab of the campaign. Users can click on the Audio to listen. Below are the steps on how to listen to the recordings in Voice Broadcasting Campaign:
Step 1: Go to “Transfer” tab of the campaign.
Step 2: Click on “Play Message” under “Audio” column to listen to the recorded message.
Another option is to export all Call Transfers in the campaign to get the audio links of all recorded messages. (Please refer to the screenshot below).
To export the Call Transfers, just click on “Export” button and click select “Export to CSV”.
Once exported, users can then see the audio links of the recorded messages in the “Audio_url” column of the exported Call Transfers.
All Call Recordings are downloadable when the audio link is opened to a browser. If call recordings are not applicable for users campaign, users can click uncheck or deselect the Recordings to disable it.
