You have set up a campaign and it is not sending messages or making calls at the scheduled time? Below are the things you need to check in case of SMS broadcasting, SMS Opt-in, or Voice broadcasting campaigns.
SMS campaigns
- Check if the campaign is in the "Start" state.
- Check if the phonebook added to the campaign has "mobile numbers". SMS campaigns use the Mobile_number field of contacts to send SMS. Click here for more information on how you need to import a CSV for SMS campaigns.
- Check that the Start Date and End date of the campaign are valid. i.e, they are not in the past or future.
- Check that the "Weekdays" selected for the campaign is correct.
- Check if the Operational hours are set correctly i.e, the Start time should always be lesser than the Stop time.
- Check if the timezone of your account is correct.
Calling Campaigns
- Check if the campaign is in the "Start" state.
- Check that the Start Date and End date of the campaign are valid. i.e, they are not in the past or future.
- Check that the "Weekdays" selected for the campaign is correct.
- Check if the Operational hours are set correctly i.e, the Start time should always be lesser than the Stop time.
- Check if the timezone of your account is correct.
