In case the call got disconnected midway due to some reason, agents have an option to redial the same contact using the redial button.
Redial can be used in the following cases.
- User busy or call disconnected by user or staff.
Auto dialer & Predictive Dialer
- The connected call got hangup by the user or agent.
Note: In the case of Auto dialer and Predictive dialer, adding notes should be mandatory.
