Yes, if you have enabled Automatic Machine detection for your campaign, every connected call is charged at 1 cent/call.

The complete details of the charges for using AMD will be available in the monthly invoice that is generated in the Billing area of your CallHub dashboard. You need to click on the credits option and click on "Usage" to view/download the invoice.
