We have 4 connection preferences available for agents to join the campaign. In case the preference is set up as "Dial-in", agents have to make an outbound call to the number displayed on the screen. The system will ask the pin which is displayed on the screen to join them in the campaign.
As these calls are outbound calls, the agent will be charged (if applicable) for the outbound call as per their service provider charges.
Also, there are charges levied on the account for receiving calls to the rented number. You can check the charges for your country here
