Power Dialer
Power Dialer is a manual dialer/dialing system that allows your Agents/Volunteers to control the call rate. Your agent needs to click the "Next Call" button to make the next call. The system will then call the next contact in the queue automatically.
Follow the below-mentioned steps to make calls using a Power dialer:
- Go to the agent console & join the campaign.
- Click on the Next button to start making the calls.
While making calls, you will find two options:
1. Save - This option will save the response for the contact by the agent. For example, The agent will save dispositions for the nature of the call. Notes are the required field that the agent will save. On clicking save, the system will save the data, and the agent will have to manually click on the next button to make the next call.
2. Save and Next - This option means saving the data for the required fields, i.e., dispositions, notes, and making the following call simultaneously.
Auto Dialer
An AutoDialer adds additional functionality to the Power Dialer, which allows you to increase the dialing rate per agent. You can choose from three options, i.e., 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1. You can click on this link to know more about 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1.
Follow the below-mentioned steps to make calls using an Autodialer:
- Go to the agent console & join the campaign.
- Unlike the Power dialer, the Next button would not be available, as the system will automatically start making the calls.
While making calls, you will find two options:
1. Save - This option will save the response for the contact by the agent. For example, The agent will save dispositions for the nature of the call. Notes are the required field that the agent will save. On clicking save, the system will save the data, and the system will make the next call automatically.
2. Save and Leave - This option means you can save the data for the required fields, i.e., dispositions and notes, and leave the campaign.
Predictive Dialer
Predictive Dialer makes sure that your Agents/Volunteers are fully engaged, and you can reach a large number of audiences. Based on the number of live Agents, pickup rate, percentage of dropped calls, and average call handling time, Predictive Dialer algorithms calculate precisely when it should make the next call and assign it to the available agent.
Follow the below-mentioned steps to make calls using Predictive Dialer:
- Go to the agent console & join the campaign.
- The system will start making the calls according to the Predictive Dialer algorithm.
While making calls, you will find two options:
1. Save - This option will save the response for the contact by the agent. For example, The agent will save dispositions for the nature of the call. Notes are the required field that the agent will save. On clicking save, the system will save the data, and the system will make the next call automatically according to the predictive dialer algorithm.
2. Save and Leave - This option means you can save the data for the required fields, i.e., dispositions and notes, and leave the campaign.
