In case you are facing issue making calls from your call center campaign. This could be an issue with the caller ID that you are using in the campaign. Your agents could get the error message "Temporary call failure" on their console. In this case, you need to verify your number again to CallHub. You can resolve the issue by following below steps :
- Click the "Numbers" tab in the left panel.
- Select the caller id from "Validated Numbers For Campaign Caller Id" section and click "Delete"
- Click the "Add" button under the "Validated Numbers For Campaign Caller Id" section and add the number that you wish to validate. Click the "Send" button to receive a call.
- On receiving the call, enter the pin displayed on the screen and your number will be added to the validated number list.
