CallHub calculates your campaign health to show how the Spam Label Shield can help. But what does it mean? Here's a breakdown of the score.
The Call health for calling campaigns is calculated based on the number of answered calls for a campaign. Here, answered calls mean calls answered by both the Machine and a human. The lower the answer rate, the poorer the health of the campaign.
Note: This feature works only on accounts that are making calls to the US with US rented numbers.
The Answer Rate of a Campaign can be determined from the "View Call Health" option below the Spam Label Shield feature while setting up the campaign.
Alternatively, the system will flag a warning on your CallHub campaign page if the answer rate has dropped below a certain level.
On clicking "View Health," a popup will appear with your campaign's current status of call health. Here, you can enable "Spam Label Shield" and click "Done" to avoid this issue for the remaining calls in the campaign.
The table below is a campaign health classification based on the answer rate percentage. We highly recommend you use the Spam Shield feature if the answer rate of your campaign is below 50%.
Answer Rate(%) | Campaign Health |
0-25 | Very Poor |
26-50 | Poor |
51-75 | Good |
76-100 | Great |
