CallHub usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. You need to enter the exact username/password you provided while signing up for a CallHub account.
If you cannot find your username, you may try resetting your password by entering the email address associated with your account. The password reset email will include the username of your CallHub account. Or you may send a ticket to the Support team at support.callhub.io.
Deleted/Disabled Account -
This error occurs if your CallHub manager account is inactive and has not been used for a long time. Accounts are marked "Inactive" if you as a CallHub user have not clicked on the Verification link to activate the account. This is the case for both Manager and Agent accounts.
