Text Broadcast and Peer to Peer Texting Reach - Analytics

In the Text Broadcast and Peer to Peer Texting campaign reach section, you can generate a report of the total messages sent/received, the number of unique contacts reached and the average times reached for contact.

SMS reach on Peer to Peer Texting Campaigns

Conversations(Response Rate): The number of conversations across all the Peer to Peer Texting campaigns across your account. This means the number of initial messages which received a response. 

Messages sent: The total number of messages sent from all the Text Broadcast/Peer to Peer Texting campaigns across your account.

Messages received: The total number of messages received to all the Text Broadcast/Peer to Peer Texting campaigns across your account.

Unique contacts Reached: Number of unique contacts reached from the campaigns on your account. This usually varies from the total number of messages sent in the account if the contact is added to multiple contact lists associated with different campaigns. 

Average times reached: This is the average of the total times every contact was reached out from all your Text Broadcast/Peer to Peer Texting campaigns. If contact is added to multiple contact lists associated with multiple campaigns, a few contacts will be reached out to multiple times. 

Messages Over Time:

A graphical representation of the total number of messages sent and the total number of messages received on your account for a given time range is depicted below. 

You may choose if you wish to see the data based on a Weekly, Daily, or Monthly basis by choosing the options from the dropdown in the graph.

The dark blue line indicates the total number of messages sent, and the yellow indicates the number of received messages across the selected time range.

Contacted Count:

The contacted count displays the number of times a contact was reached out from all the campaigns on your account. If contact is reached out multiple times, it means 

1. -- A contact is added to a contact list associated with multiple campaigns.
2. -- A contact is added to multiple contact lists associated with different campaigns.

Apart from all the above,  you can also find a tabular representation of the number of messages sent and received for a given time range. You can copy this data, or export it into a CSV, .xlsx, or a PDF file for your reference.
