Know how Messaging throughputs are allotted based on the Trust score. A high trust score means high throughput. Political use cases get the maximum.
The Campaign Registry uses an algorithm to evaluate a trust score for your business. Further, your trust score in association with the Campaign Type helps determine the Messaging Throughput for your brand.
A trust score is a representation of how trusted your business is. Although the campaign type is required for the Messaging throughput(MPS), a trust score plays a vital role.
In many cases, a low Trust Score results from incomplete information you submitted in your 10DLC registration form. For example, suppose you have provided a different address in the form, and the address associated with your official business registration number or EIN is different. In that case, your trust score will be affected or low.
The table below gives a brief idea of how the MPS is allotted based on the Trust score of a brand.
Trust Score | Messaging Throughput |
0-40% | Low |
40-70% | Medium |
70-100% | High |
You may challenge the TCR by submitting a review for low throughputs/trust scores. However, TCR or the Campaign Service Provider (CallHub) cannot guarantee a high throughput/MPS post the review. Therefore, this step is advised at the user's risk and will be charged $40 as review charges one time.
Note: No refunds will be processed for Trust Score review charges.
