A Trust Score usually comprises both the brand registration score and the Vetting score. Post the brand registration, the brand goes through another verification process, and based on the trustworthiness of the brand; a score is assigned to the brand. The final score is the trust score of the brand, and the process to increase the score is called Vetting. Based on this score, a Messaging throughput limit is assigned to the brand. (in some cases, it also depends on the use-case)
We will initially deduct $44 credits from your account during this process, just a confirmation from your end. Post successful registration & Vetting, we will add this amount to your account as credits, as CallHub will take care of it on your behalf.
If Vetting Fails, CallHub holds $4 as the processing fee and adds $40 back to the brand's CallHub account. The brand needs to pay $40 if they are going for another round of Vetting.
