Register your 10DLC brand with the right details of your organization. A high trust score means high messaging throughput.
A Trust Score usually comprises the brand registration score and the Vetting score. Post the brand registration, the brand goes through another verification process, and based on the brand's trustworthiness, a score is assigned to the brand. The final score is the trust score of the brand, and the process to increase the score is called Vetting.
Based on this score, a Messaging throughput limit is assigned to the brand. (in some cases, it also depends on the use case)
We will initially deduct $44 credits from your account during this process, just a confirmation from your end. Post successful registration & Vetting, we will add this amount to your account as credits, as CallHub will take care of it on your behalf.
If Vetting Fails, CallHub holds $4 as the processing fee and adds $40 back to the brand's CallHub account. The brand must pay $40 if they are going for another round of Vetting.
