CallHub has introduced subscription plans focusing on simplifying user onboarding and ease of use. We have automated it so that a user can purchase the subscription plans with a few clicks from the dashboard at their convenience. This allows the user to get acquainted with the features, build confidence in the product, and go for a monthly subscription.
As an admin, you can purchase the subscription plan from your account's "Plans" section. Click here to know more.
If you no longer wish to use the system or your campaigns are completed for this season, you need to downgrade the plan to Lite to avoid getting charged for monthly renewals. Here's how you can do it.
Navigate to Plans > Switch plan > Downgrade to Lite Plan.
On clicking Downgrade, your current plan will be downgraded to Lite and you will not be charged for renewals.
Note: No refunds will be applicable against the cancelation of an existing Subscription plan or renewal of a subscription plan.
