CallHub has introduced subscription plans that simplify user onboarding and ensure ease of use. Here's how to downgrade your plan.
We have automated the subscription plans so that users can purchase them with a few clicks from the dashboard at their convenience. This allows the user to get acquainted with the features, build confidence in the product, and go for a monthly subscription.
As an admin, you can purchase the subscription plan from your account's "Plans" section. Click here to know more.
If you no longer wish to use the system or your campaigns are completed for this season, you need to downgrade the plan to Lite to avoid getting charged for monthly renewals. Here's how you can do it.
Navigate to Plans > Switch plan > Downgrade to Lite Plan.
On clicking Downgrade, your current plan will be downgraded to Lite, and you will not be charged for renewals.
Note: No refunds will be applicable against canceling an existing Subscription plan or renewal of a subscription plan.
Subscription Plans and Add-ons that are purchased from the product get automatically renewed. You are paying for the Premium Features if you have purchased a subscription plan. The credits are added Free of cost, or we instead call them Free credits. So, if you wish to cancel an existing plan, you may follow the above steps to downgrade the plan from your account. No refunds will be applicable on canceling the subscription plans.
However, if you have manually added credits to your account along with the subscription plan, we will check the number of credits that can be refunded apart from the plan and process a refund upon request. These credits are labeled as "CallHub Credits" in the "Payment History" of the billing section of your CallHub account.
