We offer a pay-as-you-go model, meaning you pay only for what you use. However, we’ve introduced a new credit expiry policy to streamline our billing. Here’s what you need to know
We’ve introduced this policy to maintain a consistent billing structure and comply with regulations.
Starting [effective date], any new credits you buy will expire at the end of the following year’s quarter. Additionally, all older credits (purchased on or before December 31, 2024) will expire on December 31, 2025.
How Expiry Dates Are Calculated:
Credits purchased within a given quarter will expire at the end of that quarter in the following year. This helps us in looking at a consistent and predictable expiration timeline.
- Purchases made in Q1 (Jan–Mar) → expire on March 31 of the following year.
- Purchases made in Q2 (Apr-Jun) → expire on June 30 of the following year.
- Purchases made in Q3 (Jul–Sep) → expire on Sep 30 of the following year.
- Purchases made in Q4 (Oct-Dec) → expire on Dec 31 of the following year.
Example:
- A recharge made in February 2025 will expire on March 31, 2026 (Q1 expiry).
- A recharge made in August 2025 will expire on September 30, 2026 (Q3 expiry).
- All existing credits purchased on or before December 31, 2024, will now expire on December 31, 2025.
Legacy Credits Purchased Before December 31, 2024:
All existing credits purchased on or before December 31, 2024, will expire on December 31, 2025. This one-time policy ensures all older, unused credits are transitioned under the new rules.
Note: If you aren’t sure whether you still have legacy credits, you can check your account balance history or contact our Support team.
This way, you maximize your credits and avoid unexpected expirations. This also helps you understand the recharge needed to complete your campaigns if you are short on credit balance.
Note: We will provide exceptions on credits purchased as a part of a contract or bulk payment. Please get in touch with your account manager at CallHub or send us an email to support@callhub.io with the details.
We have updated our Terms of Use to reflect these changes. Click here to know more.
