CallHub has introduced the option to purchase a subscription plan from the dashboard for all the new users. Earlier, the onboarding was completely manual and took a lot of time to discuss the plans, sign the contracts, and set up a subscription for a customer.
To simplify this, we have automated the subscription plans to make a purchase with a few clicks from the dashboard at their convenience. This allows the user to get acquainted with the features, build confidence in the product, and go for a monthly subscription.
As an admin of the CallHub account, you can purchase a subscription plan from your account's profile section by clicking on the "Plans" option.
By default, the user accounts will be on the Lite plan, which we call "Pay as you go" once you have completed the free trial. If you wish to purchase a plan, you need to click on "Switch Plan" and choose the plan that suits your spending for the campaigns. Then, click on Upgrade to buy the plan.
You can navigate to the Plans page to see what you get with each plan in detail.
Enter the card details or use an existing card to confirm the payment and you are all set!
