Telecom regulations are getting strict to stop malicious activities over the networks. Your account might be flagged if you are exceeding the permissible error and opt-out rate.
What changes have we made?
With the changes, the system allows a user to move forward with the active campaigns even if their accounts are moved to a different carrier. This is to ensure the active campaign(s) on the user accounts are not impacted and the user is able to complete them without any interruptions.
