CallHub guarantees the uninterrupted use of its text messaging feature, enabling users to maintain effective contact engagement and allowing campaigns to streamline their operations for an improved overall experience.
To this end, we have implemented using 10DLCs for sending Follow-up texts from a Call Center campaign. This is to ensure that the numbers used for sending the texts are verified and not prone to filtering or Spam.
Our Call Center campaigns will now use a separate number for Calling and Texting. The campaign creation flow remains unchanged, except for the Number renting section, where you need to choose two options for renting numbers.
The sections are labeled as "Numbers used as Caller ID" and "Numbers used as Text ID."
The section "Numbers used as Text ID" will be enabled only if Follow-up texting is enabled on the Call Center campaign.
Note: Both 10DLC and unregistered numbers can be used for sending texts from the Call Center campaigns. This setting is only applicable in the United States.
