The CallHub Mobile App notifications are available on Call Center and Peer-to-Peer Texting campaigns. The option to enable or disable notifications is available within the campaign creation flow. So, as a campaign manager, you can enable or disable them with the click of a button while setting up the campaign or by editing the campaign at a later time.
The mobile app notifications can be enabled from the campaign creation flow under the "Agents" section. You need to click on the slider to enable or disable them.
Peer to Peer texting notifications -
In a P2P Texting campaign, as a campaign manager, you can set up notifications, as in the below screenshot.
New campaign assigned to the agent - Whenever a P2P campaign is assigned to the agent, the agent will receive a notification on their mobile phone that they are assigned to a texting campaign. This one-time notification will be sent only when the agent is assigned to the campaign.
As an agent, you may tap on the notification to navigate to the campaign and start sending messages if the campaign is during Operational Hours.
Campaign daily operational time starts - This notification is sent to the agent every day when the campaign's operational hours are active.
Contact replies - The system will notify the agent if they have received an incoming message in the campaign. The agent can tap on the notification to navigate the chat to send a response.

Call Center Campaign notifications -
In a Call Center campaign, as a campaign manager, you can set up notifications, as in the below screenshot.
New campaign assigned to the agent - Whenever a Call Center campaign is assigned to the agent, the agent will receive a notification on their mobile phone that they are assigned to a calling campaign. This one-time notification will be sent only when the agent is assigned to the campaign.
As an agent, you may tap on the notification to navigate to the campaign and start making calls if the campaign is during Operational Hours.
Campaign daily operational time starts - This notification is sent to the agent every day when the campaign's operational hours are active.
